1：采用免保养的高速飞达，高速送纸稳定。
2：自动伺服搭位系统，搭位精准。
3：无油干式吸气真空泵。
4：高精度前规，侧拉规定位系统使纸张自动对正。
5：放卷采用气涨轴，配合磁粉离合器，方便放膜张力的调节。放料采用升降装置，省工省力。
6：本机涂胶辊采用中高设计，配合均胶辊能有效提高涂胶的均匀性，提高了覆合强度，降低了生产成本。
7：涂胶部采用页面控制系统，自动化循环上胶。PLC控制，设有纸张计数，缺纸停机保护。
