CFD系列纸杯全自动充填封口机
东丰机械CFD杯装酸奶灌装封口机、奶制品单片膜封口机、纸杯充填封口机本机适用于“新鲜杯”鲜奶、水、果汁、饮料、奶制品等自动充填封口。纸杯专用落杯器，顺畅不卡杯。充填全卫生管道结构，CIP循环清洗杀菌，有效保障产品品质。切边后自动卷边成型，无损伤自动排杯机构，满足高档次的包装要求。可加装空气净化系统，全封闭无尘结构，适用于高卫生标准的杯装产品包装。PLC+触摸屏控制。
气动、电器元件选用国内外知名品牌。
工艺流程：下纸杯→杀菌（杯）→下果肉→充填→放膜→杀菌（膜）→第一次封口→光电纠偏→第二次封口→剪切→卷边→制品顶出→输送。
